35. Every advocacy organization receiving subsidies from the Office shall, not later than 30 June each year, file with the Office a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year. Such report shall contain the following information:

(a)  a copy of its constituting act and by-laws;

(b)  a financial statement comprising, in particular, information relating to the utilisation of the subsidies; and

(c)  any other information required by the Office.

35. Every promotional organization receiving subsidies from the Office shall, not later than 30 June each year, file with the Office a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year. Such report shall contain the following information:

(b)  a financial statement comprising, in particular, information relating to the utilisation of the subsidies; and

(c)  any other information required by the Office.
